Aeroflot – air tickets online App Reviews

Scenario: 1. In the iOS Aeroflot app, log in to an Aeroflot Bonus account and enable Touch ID. 2. Change a password for the Aeroflot Bonus account using the web site. 3. Try to log in to the Aeroflot Bonus account using the iOS app. Problem: The iOS app always asks for Touch ID and says that login/password is incorrect; at the same time there is no way to enter new credentials, even if use a wrong finger and select "Enter username and password" in the Touch ID alert. Seems the only way to fix this is to re-install the app.

I would give this app a zero if it was possible. Aside from navigation and other user experience issues this app isnt stable at all. Its a shame for a national air-carrier to release an app like this.

Nothing working as described. Im even cant see my account. All numbers are wrong. "Passport scan" feature doesnt work. Etc... SHAME ON YOU!!!

Nothing works after update. Dont see my profile data. Dont see miles obtained. Mess on meter.

Last version is horrible. I was using the previous one and all were fine until a new version came. Since that I have it stuck all the time.

If you are an Aeroflot bonus member this is a very helpful app and is in English also.

It just hardly ever works!!! And when it does, it so user unfriendly and technologically outdated that it makes the experience even worse!!!

App is running good.

No many how many times I tell the app to use Touch ID to log me into my Aeroflot Bonus account, it never does and I have to search for my Id and password. And despite having to input personal information on my account and my reservation, it asks for some of it again when Im registering for a flight. But overall a quite useful application.

Just impossible to work with this app. The problems do not end. They just change from one to another. The latest one - cannot view my booking for 24 hours. The app simply does not respond on iPad. Seems that in big Aeroflot company there is not even one programmer to normally support the app. Shame!!!

i tried to sync my data with this app for my boarding pass but its not working. Waiting for better update.
